  • Approximate location (city/region level — not precise)
  • Referring website (how you found us)

This data is collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and is aggregated and anonymised. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information from visitors who do not contact us or sign up.

2.2 Prospective Clients

If you contact us via the contact form or enquiry page, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Your business name and type
  • Any message or enquiry you submit

2.3 Clients

When you sign up and complete our intake form, we collect:

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Business address or service area
  • ABN or ACN
  • Business logo, photos, and branding assets you supply
  • Services you offer and your target suburb/service areas
  • Domain name and registrar details
  • Google account email address (for Google Business Profile setup)
  • Payment information — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Build, launch, and maintain your website
  • Communicate with you during the build process and ongoing subscription
  • Process payments via Stripe
  • Set up third-party services on your behalf (Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console)
  • Send service-related emails including onboarding instructions, update confirmations, and check-ins
  • Send marketing or promotional emails — only with your consent and with a clear unsubscribe option in every email
  • Maintain internal records of active and past client engagements
  • Improve our own website and service offering using aggregated, anonymised analytics data

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without your explicit consent.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service delivery — we share relevant business information with third-party platforms to set up services on your behalf. For example, your business name, address, and phone number are submitted to Google to create or manage your Google Business Profile.

Payment processing — Stripe processes all payments. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never visible to or stored by us.

Email marketing — your email address may be stored in our email marketing and CRM platform for the purpose of sending you service-related and (with consent) promotional communications.

Legal obligation — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid legal request from an Australian authority.

We do not share your information with any party beyond what is necessary to deliver our service.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies solely through Google Analytics. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources — so we can improve the experience.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.

Every marketing email we send will include a clear and functional unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from marketing communications within 5 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect service-related communications (receipts, build updates, support responses).

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet our legal obligations.

10. Your Rights

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

11. Age Requirements

Our services are intended for Australian business owners and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Continued use of our website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
