Every site starts with a short intake form — about 5 minutes to fill in. You'll share your logo, services, suburb, photos, and a feel for what you're after. From there, we put together a draft and send it to you for a look. Happy with it? We go live. Want something changed? We sort it. Most sites are live within 7–21 business days from when we have everything we need from you — the main thing that affects timing is how quickly we can agree on what goes on the site. We'll keep you in the loop the whole way, and nothing goes live without your thumbs up.

It depends on your plan. On Starter, you get 2 content update rounds per month — meaning you can send us a batch of changes twice a month (e.g. update your services, swap a photo, and change your phone number all in one go).

On Standard, updates are unlimited and we mean it — but fair use applies. What's not included on any plan is building new pages, redesigning the site, restructuring layouts, or logo and graphic design work. If something's outside scope, we'll tell you upfront before touching anything.

We cap how many new builds we take on each month — so your site never gets rushed. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, and we scale the team as the client base grows.

Domain pointing is included — if you already own a domain, we'll connect it to your new site for free. If you don't have a domain yet, we can register one for you for $35/yr. You own your registered domain name.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no hard feelings, no lock-ins. Your one-time setup fee covers the build, so your monthly subscription is yours to keep or cancel as you see fit.

After cancelling, your site stays live during the 30-day notice period. If you'd like to keep the code, you can buy it outright from $1,800 within 30 days of your cancellation date. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

That means fast load times, suburb-targeted copy, proper page structure, and Google Business Profile setup included in some plans. This is called on-site SEO — think of it as making sure your site is ready and visible to Google.

What it doesn't include is off-site SEO — things like link building and ongoing ranking campaigns that push you to Google's page one for competitive searches. That's a separate service entirely, and anyone who promises you page one rankings without asking for serious amount of money is not being straight with you. What we create is a properly built site that is an essential foundation to search engine ranking activities — without it, nothing else works.
